How can I pay for my order?
You can pay with Cash on Delivery — just pay in cash when your order arrives at your door, so you only pay once it's in your hands. Prefer to pay in advance? We also accept Whish Money and OMT. No credit card or bank account needed.
When will I get my order?
We deliver across all of Lebanon within 2–5 business days. As soon as your order is on its way, we'll share the details so you can follow it. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Do you deliver to my area?
Yes — we deliver to every Lebanese governorate: Beirut, Mount Lebanon, the North, the South, the Bekaa, and beyond. Wherever you are in the country, we'll get your order to you.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is a small flat fee that's always shown clearly at checkout before you confirm — no surprises and no hidden charges. You'll know the exact amount before you pay a thing.
Can I check the product when it's delivered?
Absolutely. Because we offer Cash on Delivery, you receive your order and make sure everything's right before you pay. That's how we take the risk out of shopping online.
What is the return policy?
Your happiness is the whole point. If something isn't right, just let us know within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll arrange an exchange or make it right. We only ask that items be unused and in their original packaging.

Most items can be returned or exchanged within our return window. Any final-sale or clearance items are clearly marked on the product page before you buy — so you always know exactly where you stand.
